No More Debilitating Joint Pain

I am a professional woman in my 60s working in the health care profession. I came to see

John and his team in SF Fitness experiencing depletion of energy, loss of interest in general

things in life as a result of hip and joint pains and this was very debilitating. It would be

To Ensure My Body Is As Strong As It Can Be

I joined SF Fitness over four years ago and it was the best decision I could have made for both my physical and mental health. Following a hip replacement, I was left with a lot of muscle loss, a lack of balance and had lost confidence in the strength of my body. Walking and going to a gym myself only got me so far and I knew I needed more direction. All the team at SF Fitness have been amazing in their encouragement and commitment to all their members. I always feel I am in safe hands and we have great fun as well. The banter is a big part of the experience and you really do feel like you are a part of a family.

One of my main goals in going to SF Fitness is to ensure that my body is as strong as it can be as I get older. Knowing that I am expected in the gym at a specific time with a trainer waiting for me ensures that I turn up and even on my most tired days, within minutes, I know that it is totally worth it.
